When your home needs a reset
Some messes build up slow. Grout darkens. Fans cake with dust. Baseboards turn gray. A deep clean resets all of it. We go room by room and hit the spots regular cleaning skips.
What we detail
Inside cabinets and drawers in the kitchen and baths. Behind and under large appliances. Grout lines, caulk, and tile edges. Blinds, shutters, and window tracks. Baseboards, door frames, and light fixtures. Ceiling fans and vents. Under beds and sofas. It is the full list, done right.
A Tampa deep clean goes further
Salt film on windows, sand ground into grout, mildew in damp baths — Tampa grime hides in corners. We scrub it out so the whole home feels new again.
Great before or after big moments
Book a deep clean before you list your home, after a renovation, or when you move in. It is also the perfect first visit before starting a recurring plan — we start deep, then keep it up.
How It Works
Step 1 — The walkthrough. We tour the home with you and identify priorities. The bathrooms, the kitchen buildup, the rooms that matter most. Ten minutes that prevents misunderstandings.
Step 2 — Top-down cleaning. The crew starts high — ceiling fans, light fixtures, cabinet tops — and works down. Dust falls, so this order means nothing gets done twice.
Step 3 — The detail pass. Grout gets brushed, not just wiped. Baseboards get hand-wiped. Window tracks get vacuumed and cleaned. Switch plates, door handles, and trim get detailed.
Step 4 — Wet rooms. Bathrooms and kitchens get the most time. Showers descaled, toilets detailed, appliances cleaned inside and out, cabinet fronts degreased.
Step 5 — Floors. Everything vacuumed and mopped last, so floors are pristine at handover. Then we walk through together and check your priority spots.
Step 6 — The maintenance plan. Most clients follow a deep clean with recurring visits to hold the result. We will quote the recurring plan on the spot.
Tampa Deep Clean Realities
Florida homes have specific deep-clean needs. AC vents collect dust year-round because the system rarely stops. Sliding door tracks fill with sand. Humidity means mildew in showers and around windows. Our deep clean checklist targets Tampa realities, not a generic template from somewhere up north.
Timing matters. Many Tampa clients book deep cleans in spring after pollen season and before the holidays. The house gets reset twice a year, and recurring visits hold it between.
What Tampa Deep Cleans Target
Every region has its own dirt. In Tampa, it is sand in the tracks, salt film on windows, mildew in bathrooms, and pollen in spring. Our deep clean checklist is built for these realities. We do not use a generic national template — the crew knows what Tampa homes need.
The AC system deserves mention. It runs nearly year-round here, which means vents and returns collect dust constantly. Our deep clean includes vent and register detailing. For full duct cleaning, we recommend a specialist — but the visible components get handled.
One more Tampa-specific note: lovebug season. Twice a year, these harmless but messy insects coat everything. A deep clean timed after lovebug season removes the splatter from windows, sills, and outdoor furniture. It is a uniquely Florida service we are happy to provide.
