You do not need to pre-clean
Please do not clean before we clean. That wastes your time and ours. But a little prep makes each visit much better. Here is the short list.
Clear the surfaces
Pick up clothes, toys, mail, and dishes from counters and floors. We can wipe a clear counter in seconds. We cannot wipe one buried under clutter. A quick five-minute pickup before we arrive doubles what we get done.
Secure pets
Dogs in a back room or crate keep everyone safe — your pet and our crew. Tell us about cats that bolt for open doors. Note any pet we should not let out.
Share access details
Door codes, gate codes, parking rules. Text them before the visit so we do not ring the bell and wake the baby. Tell us where to park if your street is tight.
Point out priorities
Guests coming Friday? Say the guest bath matters most. Dog had an accident? Point us to the spot. A thirty-second tour at the start beats a missed spot at the end.
